Audio access trail
Every time callLens authorized someone to open a call recording, and every request it refused.
A row here means a link was authorized — not that anyone listened. Recordings are served directly from storage, so callLens never sees whether a link was used.
This is the only activity callLens records today. Changes to your org chart, scorecards and settings aren't tracked yet.
Requests from anyone not signed in can't be recorded at all, so this is a complete record of signed-in activity rather than of every attempt.
